Lost Outlook Font

I was adjusting my fonts and apparantly lost necessary
Outlook fonts for XP. The fonts in the dialog boxes and
the header to the preview pane are bold and large.
Please e-mail what fonts are needed for outlook to work
properly. Thanks in advance
