I use journal to tack my activities. Recently, for some unexplained reaseon I
lost Journal's funtionality (the "Event"). In looking back at the timing of
the Event, it occured about the same time I installed ATT Communications
Manager software, which is required to use ATT's wireless card.
Working with an IRS IT tech to problem solve the Event, we discovered that
the "Used-Cache-Exchange-Mode" box (on the Outlook Options Screen for E-Mail
Accounts Server Setting) somehow became unchecked. After rechecking this box
and restating my laptop, the Journal functionality remains lost for Microsoft
programs. At this point , the IT folks I've been working with are stumped.
