Lost Outlook Newsgroup Button

I was trying to add the newsgroup option to the "Go" menu and my finger slipped. It went on the task bar as an icon. When I tried to move it, it disappeared completely and I can not find it anywhere -- it is no longer listed on the customize menu and it is not under any taskbar items. Anyone help me fix this

What version of Outlook? For Outlook 2003 make sure OE is selected as the
newsreader.
