How can I recover or bypass the password assigned to
Outlook.pst file and now forgotten? TIA

All but the last one are commercial products. The last one is free but was
not originally intended to strip the password from the PST. It's only a
side effect. Also, I don't know if it will handle OL2003 PSTs. Make a copy
of your PST first.
