Lost "permissions" in the File menu.

Why I can't see the Permissions option in my File menu? I have Outlook from
MS Office Small Small Business Edition 2003.

I haven't ever seen "permissions" as a menu option in the File menu, for
what it's worth. You set permissions/sharing in an Exchange environment by
right-clicking on the folder in question and going to properties,
permissions. Or set delegates....are you using Exchange?
