how can i replace my product key or possibly get another

For Windows?
Use Start > Run type REGEDIT.
Click on Edit > Find and type ProductKey in the dialog box.
Note: there is no space between Product and Key. This will
show you the product key used to install Windows on your
computer. If you'ved already reformatted, you're SOL.
