lost product key

can anyone tell me the product key for office 97. Computer
crash caused complete loss and rebuild. Starting classes
and must reinstall office. Please Help

Actually, Joan just left out the "=" after "?id".

The new, most-compact URL format for KB articles is:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=xxxxx
where xxxxx is the article number.
