Suddenly the send button is missing from the toolbar and
the help database doesn't give information on how to
restore it. The button is on the general bar but not on
the message itself, so that I can put it in the outbox,
but it won't go out because it hasn't been "sent". Very
frustrating, and my manual doesn't cover it.
