lost sender

I use Outlook 2000 and have a relative sending e-mails
from Spain. Recently, I have not been able to receive his
e-mails. As far as I know, we did not make any changes to
our system. Other family members are receiving his mail.
His address is not on our blocked senders list. Any
thoughts?

Mike,

A bit of a stab in the dark. It could be nothing you're doing but maybe down to your ISP. Who is your Internet Service Provider? They may be blocking the messages from their end. Best to speak to your ISP, say that you aren't receiving messages from a specific e-mail address. Hopefully they might be able to tell you why.
