Lost Size & Shape window

The Size & Shape tool window disappeared on a colleague. She says she moused
away from the window and it completely went away, but it still shows on the
View menu as being active. She can't find it anywhere. We checked for
autohide, for Disabled Items, tried multiple different files, and of course
restarting Visio. The window is attached to the file and normally closes with
the file so I don't think it's hiding behind the actice drawing frame like
some shape windows can. It's Visio 2003 SP2. Anyone else had this happen or
know where it's lurking?

I'll take a guess that the window has been moved off-screen.
Use the registry editor
find key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Visio\Document

and check the values for something similar to:
SizePosRect = 119 16 252 116 96dpi
SizePosSizePref = 125 125 96dpi

(these are the current settings on a machine here)
