I have been administrating our Project Server 2003 deployment since it's
inception two years ago. Several days ago I was in the global template
adjusting non-working days and saved the template.
No when ever I try to open the global template I get a message that reads
"Cannot open the enterprise global template. You do not have permission to
edit the enterprise global template". I can save the global template. My
backup admins have no problems. I had another admin delete my account, sync
with the AD group and reinstall me as an administrator but still get the same
message.
There are no other problems with my admin rights. I have access to all
groups and categories, all permissions are set to allow using the
Administrator template.
Please help, this is very frustrating
