Lost the ability to open Global Template

I am the admin on our Project Server2003, today I cannot open the global
template! I can save the template and perform all the other admin duties. I
have looked at all the group, security and user templates and cannot find any
of the template options that are not checked "allow" for either myself or the
admin group. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you a member of any security Group other than the Administrators group?
If so, remove yourself from the other Groups and then let us know if this
helps.

Removing my name from the security groups did not work. I went ahead and did
the same to all the user groups, except Admimistrators, and can now acccess
the global template. I will now add myself back to one group at a time untill
the problem arises again and research what is wrong with that group setup.

You are more than welcome, my friend! To track down the problem, look for
any permission set to Deny. We recommend that you rarely ever use the Deny
permission, because it trumps both the Allow and Not Allowed permissions.
Instead of using Deny, most of the time Not Allowed gets the job done.
