Lost toolbar and menu

In Tools, Startup I deselected all options but now I want to display the
toolbar and menu again. I can't figure out how to undo what I've done.

Help appreciated.

Hello there,

If you hold the Shift key down while you open th
edatabase you will override the Startup settings. You
can then go and chamge the settings to show menus and
toolbars.
