Lost window!? I know its there somewhere...

I seem to have lost my window!?

in excel the work book is in a window, however it isnt
there...all the tool bars etc are on display. Its as though
the window within Excel has been minimise but there is
nothing showing in the bottom left corner.

I simply clicked on "window" then "new window" and that
opened up a copy of the spreadsheet i wanted but not the
origional...i need some help.

Choose Window>Arrange
Select Tiled

The window should come back into view.
