Lotus connector to Outlook not working

After installing the connector and starting outlook I get two error messages
when starting Outlook.

Outlook Connector for Domino can't be started. Verify that the Lotus Notes
client is installed and properly configured, log off and log on to your
computer domain, and then start Outlook Connector for Domino again.

The profile is not complete because your Notes.ini file hasn't been
personalized for your e-mail acount. Start your lotus Notes client and
provide your Domino server name and ID file password when prompted by the
Client Configuration Wizard, and then try again.

Lotus notes has been installed and functioning for some time on this
computer.
My notes.ini seems to be "personalized". My install path for lotus is
C:\\Lotus\Notes\Username, I don't know if that could be an issue?
