Lotus Domino Connector asking for password

I´m using the Domino Connector for Outlook 2002 (german version) and periodically on some of the 35 PCs that I´ve installed the connector to, the password for the Notes ID gets asked, although I already entered the password and saved it. This is annoying to users which are not supposed to be bothered with password prompts for passwords they are not even supposed to know. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

P.S. Please don´t post solutions like "create a new profile", because that is no real solution.
