Low Disk Space on Recovery Drive

I keep getting warnings that I am low on recovery disk space. I just
downgraded from Vista to XP on my laptop and I also have no sounds except for
an annoying beeping noise coming from the speakers, if anyone can help me
there too, thanks!

That's actually the Office link and doesn't list any Windows groups. Far
as I can tell, Windows groups are only available through the same
nightmare interface that dropped him here in the first place.
