M/S Office Document Scanning Always Returns A Blank Page????

I have just started to use the M/S Office Document Scanning feature with
Office 2003 and can't seem to get around this problem. The scanned document
is always blank. I have checked the obvious stuff like making sure the page
is turned correctly on the flatbed and the document feeder. This is a Cannon
MP830 All In One using Office 2003 professional SP3 on a Vista Home Premium
machine. I can have it open up the scanner dialog first where the document
can be previewed and it shows there. Next, when I click scan to scan the
document into Office Document Imaging it will scan but the display is always
blank.

Any ideas ???

Is your driver current?

Thanks for the reply Mary ...

I removed and re-installed the printer drivers and that seemed to correct
the problem.
