I've got an admin who's running XP using Outlook 2002
(SP3) and is creating appointments for an exec who is
using Outlook 2001 for Mac, and the admins' Outlook is
crashing when she tries to create an appointment while
his Outlook is open. Specifically, her outlook crashes at
the point where she adds the first attendee to the
appointment. The event viewer registers the stop message
in the application log "Event ID 1000 - Microsoft Office
10 - Faulting outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0, faulting
module outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0". The exchange
server is 5.5 (don't know SP level) and her rights to his
calendar are the same as the other execs she supports,
and there are no issues with this functionality with
regard to their calendars.
I've tested it with his outlook closed and the issue
disappears. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
