Mac Excel - Break within a cell

On my PC, while typing in a cell you could hit the Option or Command Key at
the Same time
as you hit the Return Key and you could create a line break within a cell.
How do you do this
with Mac Excel? This is driving me crazy that I can't figure it out and the
Help option gave no
solution.
