Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I like to create a template that has the cover age set up as well as the follow-on page. Does anybody have any instructions for that?

My second page should have a different background compared to the title page and if I open a new page in the show it should be the second page background in the template.

Love to hear.

Hi

I would start off with a blank presentation and format the title slide
as desired. Then I would insert a new slide and format that slide. Next,
I would save the presentation as a template (.pot).

Then use File > Project Gallery > My Templates to open new presentations
based on the template.

If new slides don't follow the design you like it's a simple matter to
use Slide Sorter view and simply copy the design you like and then paste
it as many times as you need.

Jim,

Thanks all that helps. I had tried that and in one of my other personal templates all follow on slides are of the same design as the the last one, and in the new template I created it is not, so I believe there is a way to do this, so the last slide design is copied to the new open you choose.

any ideas?
