mac to pc worksheet tab/scrollbar issue

I create a workbook on mac; I send it to my boss who is on a PC and he can't
see the tabs or bottom scroll bar. any ideas?

Have him double click on the title bar, or go to windows-arrange. Click
active document and then OK. This will resize the window to the PC¹s screen.
