I have a large, complex document (about 60 pages, with a
fair number of footnotes) that Word on the Mac has
trouble saving. After it's been open for a while, it
seems to lose permission to write to the hard drive. The
save dialog displays only one or two folders that are on
the hard drive. Restarting Word fixes the problem, but
this means abandoning all changes since the last save.
Any ideas?
