Machine freezes up, office will not complete successfully

you mention OL, I meant, if it is, start windows in safe mode then run
office and see if freeze still ocurs.

Thanks for your help, but i fixed the problem. I did a fresh install of
Windows XP, then installed Office 2007 beta 2, and i had no problems, and
everything works great.
