Windows XP Home Version 2002 with SP 1 applied. Office
XP installed with SP2 previously applied.
I have tried to upgrade from the web page and I have also
downloaded the file OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-
enu.exe. Both hang up everytime I attempt to run them
during the gathering information phase.
Everything appears to work without problems, I just can
not get this upgrade to run.
Anyone have any thoughts?
