Macintosh users can't see my shockwave objects HELP!!

Hi,

I'm in the process of finishing a site for a friend who wanted to
incorporate Flash objects throughout his site. Problem is users using
Macintoshes cant view the shockwave objects inbeeded in his site.

I've tried changing them to simple plug-ins over te shockwave object insert
from advanced controls still no luck, please help.

They need to install Flash on their machines from
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Sh
ockwaveFlash

The system requirements are:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/productinfo/systemreqs/ so if
they are running a lower OS they won't see it.

Unfortunately the 2 macintosh users in question have the latest update from
macromedia. Anything else possibly?
