SYMPTOMS
When you click a command on a customized menu, you may receive the
following error message:
The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro
security settings.
You receive this error message, although the macros are in the template
project, and macro security is set to trust the add-in.
After you have this problem one time, it does not occur again until you
quit and restart Word.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft
Office 2000. For additional information, click the following article number

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products
that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first
corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 Service Pack 3.
Andy, as you can Microsoft did come across this issue only with SP3...so i
would request you to update your Service Pack.
