Macro for e-mail signature (which was created in Word)

Our office signatures are created in Word 2003. They are set up so the
typical corporate/business privacy notice goes at the top of the e-mail and
we are supposed to type our message after that notice. Is there an easy
macro that can be written so that when we open an e-mail the cursor jumps
down to where we are supposed to type the text of our e-mail (and so that the
type is auto-formatted to be a particular font style)?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Is this text a standard email disclaimer? If yes, see if any of the
solutions on this page address what you are asking:

After furious head scratching, AAG asked:
