Macro for manipulating data

I have an excel report that I need to manipulate. The report comes to me with service records above demogrpahic records. What I need to do is copy the demographic information to correspond to each service record. There can be from 1-10 service records per demographic and hundreds to thousands of records to go through per week, so it would not be a straight copy and paste situation each time. It looks like I need a macro to loop through the data and copy the demographic info next to each service record. I am new to excel macros and any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have attached a sample text of what I have and what I need.
