How do I instruct a macro to go to the next blank column. For instance if I
am copying 3-4 columns and I want the macro to find the next blank colunm to
insert or paste.

It sounds like you are asking an Excel VBA question. This newsgroup is
dedicated to MS Access so you may get more responses if you post you
question in one of the microsoft.public.excel groups...
