This works in Me why not in XP

Workbooks.Open Filename:="C:\My Documents\One\" & _
ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets("sheet4").Range("A1").Value _
& ".xls"

I found the answer in XP you have to add Documents and
settings\your name\ in front of my Documents
