Macro not completly working from one computer to the next

I have a client that has a save macro created in excel
that creates and saves reports to a specified share
drive. When he runs this macro on his primary desktop he
does not have a problem. When he logs on and runs this
macro from another desktop it runs al the way through but
does not save the reports to the specified drive like it
is supposed to. what could be causing this macro to not
perform the save as required.
