Macro o collect titles and dates

In the Document Properties I use the title field for the title of the
document and the comments field for the effective date. I need to create a
document with both the titles and effective dates for all the documents in
the directory.
Is this possible with VBA?

Thank you so much. Do you know of a way to get the same info for directories
which contain pdf files?
