Macro run button dimmed

My macro positions a picture that I read from file and clicked on in a
specific location(move and resize), then adds a border. Macro is always
dimmed, however. Other macros are not dimmed.

I could waste your time and mine speculating about it
or I could .... Guess which has more appeal? ;-)

I'll make one guess...

Despite what I would have guessed, the speculating seems to have more
appeal.
