macro security warning when no maco in workbook

[Nuts]

I had a macro in a workbook which I deleted. when i open that workbook it
warns me about a macro but there are no macros attached to the bok any more.
does anyone know how i can stop this from driving me mad.....

Delete the module as well as the macro
