macro security

Word normally has a templates folder where if we make new templates with
macros, it does'nt ask whether to run or not the macros.

Can we make some other folders as trusted locations for word......?

There are two possible locations for templates that Word considers as
trusted - the User Templates Folder and the Work Group Templates Folder.

By default, the User Templates Folder is C:\Documents and Settings\[User
Name]\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates and there is nothing set for the
Work Group Templates Folder. Either or both of those can be set to a
different location or be set in the first place by selecting Options from
the Tools menu and then going to the File Locations tab.
