Macro to auto accept replyies

Hello,

I have a mail merge macro (created by tools, macro, record new Marco ..
shows I'm a bit of a newbie at this). This does a mail merge and leaves the
result on the screen for the user to decide to modify/print data exc. I
would like to create an exit macro on a toolbar (have placed the merge one
on a toolbar and want the exit macro beside it) that auto replies "no" to
the questions re: file saving prompts (2).

I can create the macro, put it on the toolbar, but do not know how to do the
auto reply part.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
