Macro To Click Multiple Menus

Can someone please help me in creating an Outlook macro which clicks Actions
Junk E-mail > Add To Junk Senders List and then Edit > Delete on the

highlighted item. I so far have only figured out how to create a toolbar and
add a macro to it.
