Macro to create a Pivot Table

Does anyone have an example of a macro that automatically
creates a Pivot Table from raw data or automatically
updates that Pivot Table with the raw data?

You'll get a macro that's specific to your workbook if you turn on the
macro recorder as you manually create and refresh a pivot table. Attach
the macro to a toolbar button, and run it when required.
