Macro to insert a simple sentence in an e-mail

Can someone tell me how to create a macro that allows me to print the same
sentence in an outlook item (like a sentence in the notes sentence of a
contact)?

Quick Parts would be great - IF it worked. Once you enter text in Quick
Parts and save it, it works as long as Outlook is running. But once you exit
Outlook and then come back, all that saved stuff is gone!

Then you will need to figure out what happened to the NormalEmail.dotm
file and why it isn't saving. perhaps permission issues, folders etc?
