Macro to insert date/time stamp into Notes?

Looking for a routine that will let me insert the current date/time in a Note
(or anywhere, I suppose).

Do you want to add that at the beginning or at the current cursur position?
The latter isn't possible with the Outlook object model before OL07. You'd
need the Redemption for that (www.dimastr.com)
