Macro to open a website

I would like to set up a macro (which I will add to the toolbar) that opens
up a particular website address. I would be grateful for a sample code that
I can modify with the particular address I want to open up. Thank you for
any suggestions.

You don't need a macro for this. You can add a hyperlink button direct to
the toolbar.

Tools > Customize > Commands tab
In the list on the left scroll down and select "All commands"
In the list on t he right scroll down to find "HyperlinkOpen"
Click and drag to your chosen toolbar.
"Open Hyperlink" will now be on the toolbar
Right Click it and select Assign Hyperlink > Open
You get the default hyperlink dialog - enter your hyperlink, OK
Right click again and change the Text (if you want)
Close the Dialog
