MACRO URGENT HELP

Hi all:

I'm trying to make a Macro that inserts a blank row each 1000 rows... I have
a DB with 18K rows.

Try this pasted in as worksheet code:-

Sub sonic()
For x = 1000 To 60000 Step 1000
Cells(x, 1).Select
Selection.EntireRow.Insert
Next
End Sub
