Macro virus?

In Word and Excel text appears automatically without any
keyboard entry. My up to date virus software does not
detect any virus. I have read about macro viruses on the
web and I have downloaded some templates recently. How do
I get rid of a macro virus?

I would never of thought of that in a million years. Yes,
the mic is on. So the voice recognition is causing the
