Macro Virus

I seem to have been sent a virus in the form of a macro
the soud when new mail arrives has changed my folders
keep rotating thm selves and outlook keeps opening post
notes and new mail windows by its self.

Please help

First thing to do when you think you have a virus is to run a full scan with
updated antivirus software....if you don't have some, you need to get it,
pronto - first do an online scan here: http://housecall.antivirus.com

Are you sure it is a virus and not that you have speech turned on and your
microphone is picking up odd sounds and performing actions? What happens if
you disconnect the microphone or turn of speech recognition?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
