Macro Visual basic errors when opening worksheet (2003)

P

proxybox

Hi,

I have been having problems opening a workbook I created
in Excel 2000. When I open the file, I receive the
following errors:

I receive the first window which asks me whether I want
to enable macros. I press 'enable'. The next box
says, "Error accessing file. Network connection may have
been lost." I press 'Ok'.

I receive the enable macros box again and press enable.
The next box says, "Errors were detected in 'xxx.xls' but
Microsoft Office Excel was able to open the file by
making repairs listed below. Save the file to make these
repairs permanent. The list below shows, "Lost Visual
Basic Project and Lost ActiveX controls"

Any ideas? Thanks in advance to all you gurus.

Jonathan
