Macro warning message

I created a macro in my personal.xls which I used on a new
spreadsheet. Since creating the new spreadsheet, I
deleted the macro in my personal.xls spreadsheet but I am
still getting the macro warning message when I open the
new spreadsheet. How can I remove the warning this
warning message?

in your personal.xls you also have to remove the (empty) module
