I have a user who saved her macros to a disc, got a new computer, saved to her 'c:' drive and now wants to run the macros but isn't sure how to proceed?? She tries to re-record and gets a run-time error. I have very limited knowledge of this; can you offer some assistance, please? All help is appreciated!!

Roberta,

When you post to a NewsGroup, you need to go back to that NewsGroup to see
the responses to your question. You will NOT get a direct reply as the
intent is to keep all folks informed. Graham asked what form are the macros
in? Are they stored as *.dot files or were the modules exported to a *.bas
file? This determines how to get the macros back into either your
normal.dot file or into a template file that can be placed in your Startup
folder.

Have her check her disk to see what the file names are and get back with us!
