Macros and Forms please please help

Hi, 2 things:

1. I am tryin to make a form for one of my websites, well I have made one,
but the values
cannot be filled in. What is the matter?
2.What is a macro and what is an entry/exit macro?

For a form to work correctly it must be locked.
A macro is a sequence of vba commands that performs a required action.
entry/exit macros are run automatically on entry or on exit from the form
field.
