As I have refined my database I have created an unbound form with a combo box
that selects a Director and then points to several report queries through
separate command buttons extracting the report for that Director. I have the
Directors set up in a table with their corresponding e-mail addresses in a
field. Initially I created “send object†macros for each Director and for
each report which worked nicely, but now this seems antiquated (besides
having 90 some macros). Is there a way to refer to the correct e-mail address
in my table….and/or combine the selected report with the macro to e-mail
these reports using a command button and the VB code “run macro†or some
other method? If so can you point me to an article or give me guidance?
Thank You.
